Postpartum Doula Assistance___________________$300

Fee includes $100 supply credit for groceries, baby needs, or entertainment for older children.

12 hours of in home support during your first 3 weeks postpartum. This can include:

• meal prep
• light house work
• errands (post office, grocery store, etc)
• supervision for older children
• basic baby care
• breastfeeding support
• time for self care for mom

Additional hours can be purchased if you are in need of more assistance.
